The Alpage mountain refuge, located amidst the slopes of the Arêches Beaufort resort, offers a unique overnight stay in one of its two igloos. These authentic mountain igloos, with seating for two adults, are designed for two people. You'll sleep on a comfortable mattress with a very warm sleeping bag provided by the refuge. The refuge's proximity allows you to easily access the bathrooms with hot showers and the common room, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening meal with the other guests and a delicious breakfast before heading back out onto the slopes.

Please note, we are on the ski area, which means you must arrive at the refuge before the ski area closes, i.e. around 16pm or 16:30pm depending on the period.
If you're coming on snowshoes, you can ascend via the Grande Paraz, the Bois gondola, or the Grand Mont chairlift, then follow the snowshoe trail. The ascent from the top of the gondola takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, so be sure to leave early to arrive before 16:30 pm.
