From the centre of the village of Arêches, take the road to St Guérin then the road to Envers. The fairly wide forest track gradually climbs to an altitude of 1700m. Take the time to admire the peaks from the Cuvy plateau before starting the descent into the forest on a south-west slope. An interesting, varied route, on road, track and path.
