The Battle of Taste 6th Edition

The BATTLE OF TASTE is a culinary challenge between restaurants, and food artisans known as “competitors” through the creation of a dish (starter, main course, dessert, or takeaway formula, whatever suits them best). establishment) called “Your culinary creation” based on a local Beaufortain product.

This year, LA POLENTA was chosen to challenge our competitors!

This culinary competition aims to showcase the competitors in our territory of Arêches Beaufort by challenging them to create a creation based on the chosen product and to share our gastronomic know-how.
