Wine Tasting Workshop

This initiation will teach you how to taste well, by familiarizing you with the different grape varieties, the types of soils, the various appellations, while not forgetting to approach the perfectly associated dishes. In addition, you will also learn practical advice for buying your wine, in order to make informed choices.

Each workshop takes place in 3 parts:
1. Know the basics of tasting
2. Taste, serve and pair food with wine
3. Know how to buy your wine

Each workshop will have a particular theme that will focus on a specific wine region, a distinct grape variety or an exceptional winemaking technique. These sessions aim to enrich your knowledge and appreciation of the various aspects of the world of wine.
