Every fall, Arêches-Beaufort hosts the Salon du Goût on the occasion of the National Taste Week, which takes place at the beginning of October.
The Salon du Goût is the meeting place for lovers of generous and gourmet products; it is an opportunity for visitors to exchange with producers on manufacturing secrets, to discover cooking recipes, to taste new products and to buy directly from producers. On the program: numerous activities, gourmet walks, cooking demonstrations, conferences ...
This show welcomes the other “Remarkable Taste Sites” in France, so that they can present and sell their products. This is how the Beaufort and Grataron rub shoulders with other riches of gourmet France ...
A "Remarkable Taste Site" is: a tasty tourist territory, whose singular character, in particular that of the landscape, is linked to a unique and qualified local product, steeped in history and living traditions, which invites you to live, on the occasion of short stays, a sensitive experience of discovery with men who share the love of simple and true things, and the passion to transmit and initiate their secrets.
The representatives of the various remarkable taste sites offer the public tastings of their products (while respecting sanitary measures), the discovery of their production or manufacturing methods, the specificities of their region.
The icing on the cake, visitors can of course leave with a full basket since all the products presented are for sale on site.
