1 Day:

8:45 a.m.-9:30 a.m.: Welcome to the training and accommodation location “Hello Arêches”
Address: La Roche Noire Building, 3045 Rte du Planay, Arêches, 73270 Beaufort
9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: Discovery and gathering of wild plants in Planay (altitude 1200m)
12:30 p.m.-15 p.m.: Meal preparation with products from our harvest and lunch
15 p.m.-17:30 p.m.: Discovery and picking of edible and medicinal plants at Plan Villard (altitude 1500m, with view of Mont Blanc)

2 Day:

8:45 a.m.-13 p.m.: Dendrology (study of trees) and picking of edible and medicinal plants on the Roche Parstire botanical trail (altitude 1600-1750m)
13 p.m.-15 p.m.: Preparation of meal with wild plants and lunch
15 p.m.-17 p.m.: Medicinal workshop, preparation of alcohols, oily macerates and ointments. Discussion time to close the course.
