At the Marcôt leisure center, this stadium suitable for conditioning for trail preparation, is intended for all those who wish to do cardio / training, beginner or advanced. The exercises offered have several levels from beginner to expert.

It allows you to work:
- cardio on the warm-up loop and the "fractional" workshop
- the trail technique on the ascent / descent workshop
- muscle strengthening on the modules around the lake.

Onsite Equipment:
- 1 warm-up loop
- 1 work shop up / down
- 1 muscle strengthening workshop, with the repair of part of the fitness trail, the other part will be dismantled. The modules kept have been checked and an explanatory panel for each exercise can be found in front of each of them.
- 1 split workshop, with road marking on the road for cardio work. Opening in August 2015

Two starting bases for this stadium, one in front of the Bouchage sawmill and the other in front of the Marcôt lake. Ground plans are installed with the summary of the workshops.

In front of the Beaufort Tourist Office, an A4 panel also presents the circuits.
