Chef Ludovic BLANC, a graduate of the “Cours Baronnat” hotel school in Grenoble, has taken over the restaurant from his grandmother and then from his father since 2001. It is, surrounded by his team, that he will introduce you to a authentic cuisine with products from its region.
Lunch or dinner at the Table de Joséphine is to appreciate the delicacies, the calm, the welcome, the sun and the view of the mountains as a bonus.
