The site rehabilitation project aims to promote heritage in order to better understand this territory and its landscapes and to better anchor man in his history.

The Cayère site is an agricultural site rebuilt in 1914 following its fire; the farm is typical of beaufortain country houses with access on the ground floor and access to the barn by a ramp. Several buildings are still in place: a farm, a mill-sawmill, a workshop-forge, an attic, a basin, a well. The farm building is the most imposing (475 m2 of available space). Everything has remained in its "juice" since its acquisition by the municipality in 2001.
The objective is to allow the inhabitants to reclaim their memories, their stories and their customs, to give meaning to the objects which have accompanied lives and marked out eras, and to highlight the evolution of life in the rural world. and the preservation of natural areas and the harmony of landscapes (agriculture, ski resort, hydraulic dams). The rural architectural identity of the buildings will be preserved.
