Organized every summer for more than 20 years by the Ski club of Arêches-Beaufort, in collaboration with the Tourist Office and the support of the municipality of Beaufort, this mountain trail race has become a classic among the Savoyard pedestrian competitions. .
It is the ridges of Roche Parstire which overlook both the Arêches and Roselend valley that have seduced the trail runners who have come to participate in this trail for all these years… An ideal route to admire the magnificent panoramas of Mont-Blanc , the Roc du Vent and the famous Pierra Mentac! La Frison-Roche is also the opportunity to take the Himalayan footbridge overhanging the gorges of Poncellamont, the main torrent that flows into the sumptuous waters of Lake Saint Guérin.
“A magnificent race. Only one problem: you may have your legs, the beauty of the site will always take your breath away ”- Lionel, 2011 edition
